Our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Rephase is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in transit.

Domestic packages are delivered via Ground Shipping and will typically arrive within 1-5 days of shipment.

International packages are delivered USPS First Class Mail and will arrive within 10-14 days.

Some international orders might take up to 30 days to arrive. Please contact your local post office for tracking of our package.

We are not responsible for any incurred fees from customs or duties.
